Serving through Education

Billing & Insurance

North Central Heart accepts many forms of payment, including insurance, Medicare and Medical Assistance Programs such as Medicaid. Please tell our billing department what method of payment you will be using prior to any treatment. If your insurance or medical payment program restricts which physicians you can see, our support staff will be happy to visit with you and help you determine whether or not you are covered for treatment by North central Heart physicians.

We file insurance claims for you. If you know your insurance carrier requires preauthorization or a second opinion, please tell our billing department prior to treatment.

Monthly payment options are available for out-of-pocket expenses. If you are interested in learning more about these options, please visit with our staff during your first visit to North Central Heart, and prior to any hospitalization.
