Dr. Halligan joined NCH in 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine, fellowship in Cardiology and fellowship in Interventional Cardiology, all at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Dr. Halligan is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology. He is a Fellow in the American College of Cardiology and a Fellow in the Society for Cardiac Angiography and Interventions.
